Part 2:6 | Worshipping Together | Gospel Community

May 1, 2026    Andy Munao III

In this lesson, we conclude Part 2 of Formed by the Gospel: Gospel Formed Community by looking at what it means for the church to worship together. Worship is not merely a personal experience or a matter of musical preference; it is one of the primary ways God forms His people through the gospel.

Looking at Ephesians 5, Colossians 3, and 1 Corinthians 10–11, this lesson shows that worship is deeply relational. As we sing, pray, give thanks, encourage one another, and come to the Lord’s Table together, the Spirit forms us into one body around Christ. Gospel formed community is not something we simply consume; it is something we help create as we step toward one another in love, service, forgiveness, and worship.
